Global Solution Architect - SuccessFactors (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end technical architecture and integration strategy for our SAP SuccessFactors suite (Employee Central, PMGM, Succession & Development, Onboarding, LMS, Recruiting, Compensation).
• Analyze the existing HR technology landscape (AS-IS) and design future-state architecture (TO-BE) aligned with global HR and IT strategies.
• Lead the design of integrations between SuccessFactors and enterprise systems such as SAP ERP, payroll platforms, and identity management solutions, leveraging standard integration frameworks.
• Drive the technical integration and consolidation of the regional SAP SuccessFactors platform into the global SAP SuccessFactors environment.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards, J-SOX requirements, security policies, and data privacy regulation, including GDPR.
