Global Security Lead: Programs, Crisis Response & Compliance

McDonald’s is seeking a Security Lead to develop and implement security programs across assigned regions and countries. The role will minimize claims, strengthen compliance with McDonald’s security standards, guidelines and procedures, and protect McDonald’s people, assets and brand.

The Security Lead will guide regional and country leadership teams as well as franchisees, coordinate security services for events, manage budgets, and drive crisis response to safeguard operations and reputation.
