Job Description

:What will you work on?
Responsible the sample order from order receiving to goods delivery. Cooperate with other department to solve the problems. Work with vendors directly. Complete the order under the direction of supervisor.

How will you create impact?

Provide overall support and coordination for product sample request from all internal parties globally and Customers.

Create and maintain an inventory database for all samples in stock in China.

Consolidate samples and repack samples.

Review monthly shipping cost and sample cost.

Provide administrative support to team.

Order summary data entry and maintenance.

Perform duties assigned by Manager.

What are your skills and experience?

Familiar with Microsoft Office operation.

Good computer knowledge, experience in SAP R/3 system is preferred.
