Based in Barcelona, this is a global leadership role with full accountability across EMEA, North America, Asia, and Latin America.
The Global Sales Enablement Director owns Salesforce and core sales systems as global products, with end-to-end responsibility for strategy, roadmap, governance, and adoption. It defines and drives a single source of truth for sales tooling, lead management, enablement, and performance reporting, enabling a consistent, data- and opportunity-led global sales model. The role also leads the transformation from reactive account management to a proactive, insight-driven commercial organization, ensuring scalable execution across all regions.
