1100 Micron SemiAsiaOP Pte Ltd seeks an experienced HBM Assembly & Test Central Snr / Staff / Principal QA Engineer in Singapore. You will ensure processes and products meet world-class standards and contribute to advancing our mission.

Your responsibilities include validating reports, driving root cause analysis, and developing dashboards for quality metrics using JMP, Power BI, SQL, and Tableau. A Bachelor’s degree in engineering and experience in semiconductor assembly or quality engineering is required.
