Global People Ops & Compliance Associate

Lean Technologies is seeking a hands‑on People Operations Associate to own immigration, onboarding, offboarding and HRIS accuracy across UAE and KSA. You will work closely with Legal, Office Managers, and external PROs to ensure timely visa management and compliant processes.

You’ll maintain clean employee records, support payroll data accuracy, and contribute to reporting dashboards while identifying automation opportunities to scale operations across markets.
