Job Description

As a Senior Global Payroll Process Expert on our Shared Services Team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient global payroll operations. Responsibilities include fostering a culture of excellence, improving processes, and maintaining high methodology standards. The Global Payroll Partner will collaborate with local Payroll Specialists to design payroll system changes.

Your role also involves building a standardized global Payroll model for Galderma, implementing new payroll processes like Share‑based pay, and handling associated reporting requirements. Additionally, you'll establish a robust governance structure and audit controls suitable for a publicly listed company.
