This is a highly operational, hands-on role dedicated to execution excellence. While leadership establishes the high-level strategy, governance, and frameworks for new formats of the adaptive divisions, you will be directly responsible for the operational implementation, delivering educational programmes to regional teams, and conducting on-site audits. This is a ground-floor opportunity for an operationally strong professional to drive delivery excellence and shape the on-site reality for adaptive athletes globally.
