Global Operations Manager — AI & Process Excellence

Fever is seeking a Business Operations Manager to design, implement, and optimize scalable operations across our global network. You will lead process design, automation initiatives, and performance metrics in close collaboration with Marketing, Product, and Data teams.

You’ll drive efficiency, standardize workflows across regions, and champion data-driven decision making with a hands-on, cross-functional approach. Hybrid Madrid-based role with a dynamic international team.
