Job Description
Primary responsibility is the support of Sales Territory and Customer Marketing Attribution (Customer Segmentation) data quality process, associated reporting needs, standardized global processes, and communication with all partners. The quality and availability of the Customer Segmentation data and the associated process impact sales performance reporting, requiring creative solutions to validate data and efficient changes within global processes.
Responsibilities
- Govern and maintain critical account attributes such as Industry, Customer Type, and Segment in SAP CRM and Salesforce.
- Monitor attribute data quality using Power BI DQ dashboards and take corrective action when necessary.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the criticality of data requests and analyze impact of attribute changes.
- Review and finalize proposed territory assignment changes in the Goal Setting system and update the system of records.
