Global Learning & Development Coordinator (m/f/d) HRIS & Digital Enablement

Our Human Relations function brings together over 25 colleagues globally, covering HR Operations, People Development, and Talent Acquisition. This role reports functionally into Charmilla Kasper, Sr. Global L&D Partner.

What You’ll Be Coordinating

• Administration and maintenance of Dayforce Learning and Performance modules, including content setup, updates, and system accuracy.
• Day‑to‑day execution of global L&D processes, making sure activities are delivered on time, correctly tracked, and reliably supported in the system.
