Global Lead Specialist, Operations, Climate Advisory

**Job Summary**
The Global Lead Specialist, Operations, will be a critical member of the Climate Advisory team, focused on driving the operational efficiency and scalability of Luumo, South Pole's digital climate platform.
Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will work with a high degree of autonomy to bridge the gap between technical development, sales, and client success.
You will be directly responsible for maintaining efficient processes, ensuring data integrity in Power BI and Salesforce, and leading change management efforts to drive internal adoption of digital decarbonisation offerings globally.
