Opportunity

The role is responsible for supporting the embedding of the company's human rights strategy into global and regional procurement processes in alignment with the UN Guiding Principles. Working closely with procurement, category teams, legal, sustainability, and our external program management team, this role will focus on integrating human rights considerations into sourcing decisions and building internal capabilities.

Responsibilities Strategy Implementation Support implementation of the Company's supply chain human rights strategy in line with the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights. Support revision of the Company's contractual clauses, procurement policies, scorecard, and guidance materials to embed human rights requirements.
