Global HR Services Specialist - Employee Lifecycle Expert

Sonova Group is seeking an HR Services Specialist to join the newly formed HR Services team at our regional Headquarters. You will own end-to-end employee lifecycle administration and provide service-oriented support across departments and levels.

You will maintain data in HR systems (SuccessFactors/SAP), prepare contracts, support payroll data, and collaborate with HR Partners and managers to deliver compliant, people-focused services.
