Global Human Resources Partner (Full time – Remote) The Institute for Energy Economics and Financial Analysis (IEEFA) is seeking a Global Human Resources Partner. This is a diverse role and the ideal candidate will be service oriented in the delivery of several critical human resources functions. This position will work with our remote staff and contractors aligning IEEFA culture to initiatives which strengthen an inclusive and engaged global team. In partnership with the HR Director, this role will provide strategic thought in shaping organizational success. This is a remote position with a preference for candidates based in Kenya. Candidates in other African time zones will also be considered with flexible hours for global collaboration.
