In this role you will design and scale Fever's global Business Development enablement programs, accelerating new-hire productivity and revenue growth. You will partner with RevOps, Product, Marketing and Talent Acquisition to embed world-class sales practices. Expect to implement onboarding, training, playbooks and measurement that lift performance across regions. This is an opportunity to shape how Fever trains and supports a fast-growing global BD team and to help establish a benchmark for sales excellence.
