- GCC Role Purpose The Director, Global Head of Regulatory Reporting is accountable for the strategic leadership, governance, and end-to-end oversight of AML, KYC, FATCA, CRS and broader regulatory reporting obligations across all Apex Fund Services jurisdictions.
The role ensures global regulatory compliance, consistency of interpretation, and timely statutory and regulatory filings while driving automation, standardization, and scalable operating models.
Key Responsibilities Own the global AML / KYC, FATCA / CRS and regulatory reporting framework across Apex Fund Services.
Provide executive oversight for investor and client AML/KYC onboarding, periodic reviews, remediation, and enhanced due diligence.
