Global Head of Belonging & Employee Experience

Nestlé S.A. in Vevey, Switzerland, seeks a Head of Employee Experience & Belonging to unify employee experience, DEI, and belonging at scale. You will design global frameworks, collaborate with Talent Analytics, HR, and business leaders, translating insights into action across markets.

You will own end-to-end employee experience, foster psychological safety and belonging, steward internal storytelling, and lead senior stakeholder reporting for cross-functional impact.
