Afrizan People Intelligence is seeking a Head of Research & Development – Agriculture to spearhead global innovations in fertilizer and biostimulant solutions. This role drives research across international markets, managing the full lifecycle of product development. The ideal candidate will have a Master’s Degree or PhD in a relevant discipline and 8 to 12 years’ experience in R&D, focusing on product innovation and regulatory compliance.
