Job Description
The Global Finance & Operations Specialist supports the financial management and operational efficiency of Ribbon’s global real estate portfolio. This role is responsible for tracking and analyzing facilities budgets (OPEX/CAPEX), managing financial reporting and accruals, and partnering cross-functionally to support projects, cost optimization, and global planning initiatives across multiple sites.
Responsibilities
Budget & Financial Management
- Plan, track, and analyze OPEX and CAPEX budgets across multiple global locations
- Maintain and enhance financial tracking tools, including accruals, landlord costs, restructuring, and sublease tracking
- Review and approve invoices and ensure timely processing of purchase requisitions
