Global Finance Strategy Lead & Business Partner

Orica, Dubai-based, seeks a Manager – Finance Business Partner to lead the financial strategy for the Global Nitrogen function. You will drive continuous improvement, cost optimisation, and proactive risk management while partnering with regional teams and groups to deliver data‑driven insights.

You will leverage Power BI and SAP S/4HANA to enhance reporting, support procurement and strategic initiatives, and foster financial governance across a complex, global matrix.
