Global Finance Change Manager – ERP Transformation

The Barton Partnership | B Corp™ is seeking an experienced Finance Project Manager for a major global business transformation programme at a large, multi-divisional organisation based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This role focuses on leading change management initiatives to implement standardised, simplified, and automated processes across the business.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building stakeholder maps, ensuring readiness for deployment waves, and partnering with various teams through the implementation. This challenging position lasts between 6 and 18 months starting from mid-July 2026.
