Global Digital Product & Experience Lead – Insurance

Santander Insurance in Madrid is seeking a Global Digital Product & Experience Manager to lead the end-to-end digital insurance journey across markets. You will own the product roadmap, drive cross-channel experiences, and collaborate with Technology and BECO to deliver scalable solutions.

The role requires 15+ years in digital product and CX, plus hands-on analytics and A/B testing, with fluent English and Spanish. A strong track record in insurance or financial services is preferred.
