Job Responsibilities
- Review Kinaxis supply plan and act on order creation/ cancellation/ changes.
- Evaluate and prepare SKU level Material Availability plan (MAD).
- Manage Product on global allocation. Negotiate with WW if allocated qty is insufficient to meet business needs.
- Support Escalation from Regions to Global Network Planner & reverse.
- Communicate supply allocations to region.
- Manage Interco / STR-STO maintenance process, ensure creation and health of STR/STO/POs and resolve issues if system is not creating STR/STO/PO in line with expectation.
- Lead Supply S&OE Planning to align PO creation & amendment in due dates.
- Lead Supply S&OE Planning on global allocation management if there are shortages or surplus as per Global Business guidelines & alignment.
