Global COP: Emergency Food Aid Program Lead

World Vision International in the Philippines seeks a Chief of Party to provide leadership, strategic direction, and accountability for the USDA Food for Peace Title II emergency food program. The COP will oversee implementation, ensure timely delivery of U.S.-provided food commodities, and uphold compliance with USDA requirements and World Vision policies.

The role requires proven leadership in large-scale humanitarian programs, with experience recruiting and developing staff, and managing
