Customs Compliance Manager - responsible for setting policy and process for importation/exportation and shipment of materials, equipment, products, packages, and documents including fulfillment of customs requirements; ensure compliance with home and foreign country government laws and customs regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary leader of trade compliance efforts in the Latin America region.
• Audit trade practices across all locations in Latin America and implement a risk reduction strategy.
• Supervise the Customs Analyst staff in Mexico and ensure full compliance with the existing IMMEX Manual.
• Continue the Mexico duty drawback program and identify cost‑saving projects across the region.
• Provide ongoing formal training on compliance‑related matters.
• Further develop the GTS NAFTA system to play a larger role in determining NAFTA eligibility and certificate issuance.
