Motive is seeking a Compensation Administrator to manage global commission payouts and inquiries, ensuring accuracy and timely resolutions. You will validate data, support audits, and collaborate cross-functionally in a fast‑growing environment.

Responsibilities include end‑to‑end payout processes, data requests, and UAT participation. Strong Excel/Sheets skills and experience with ICM tools are highly valued.
