Global CMH Launch & Pipeline Lead

Eli Lilly and Company in Dubai seeks an ICH NPP Lead – Cardio-Metabolic Health to drive pipeline vision and launch readiness across ICH markets and geographies, coordinating with Global, IBU, Regulatory, R&D, Medical Affairs, PRA, and VEO.

The role eliminates per-country NPP resource duplication, partners with cross-functional teams, reports to the AVP, ICH Strategic Capabilities & Transformation, and operates under the ICX Office model as a cross-country resource for the full ICH.
