Global Client Services Director - Hybrid, Travel-Ready

SupportFinity™ seeks a Director – Client Services to lead our client engagement and delivery in a hybrid setup (Karachi or UAE based). The role focuses on owning key accounts, shaping strategy, and driving exceptional service delivery across regions.

You will report to the CEO and collaborate with the UAE commercial team, with travel ~20% to Americas/Europe/GCC as required. The ideal candidate has 10–15 years in software/tech consulting and a proven track record delivering complex IT projects.
