Sum Up is seeking an experienced Global Benefits Specialist to join the Sum Up team in the Sao Paulo office.
You will support the Global Benefits & Mobility Lead as part of the overall Total Reward team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, project and stakeholder management skills, as well as a collaborative mindset.

What you’ll do:
The Benefits Specialist is focused on benchmarking, identifying gaps in our offering and implementing comprehensive benefits packages (health, retirement, wellness) across all countries aligned with the overall Benefits Philosophy.
Key Responsibilities Administering and Managing Benefit Programs: Overseeing the daily operations of various benefit plans, including health insurance, retirement plans, disability, and leave programs.
