Global Banking Legal Counsel: Contracts & Regulation

Itaú Private Bank Suisse invites a Legal Counsel to support the Head of Legal on all legal matters in Switzerland, focusing on banking, data protection, contracts and regulatory topics.

You will draft and negotiate contracts, review corporate documents, assist with FINMA correspondence, and support front office with client documents, in a small team.

The role requires a Master’s degree in law (Switzerland) and at least 2 years in banking law; English is essential, Portuguese or German a plus.
