Our organisation is seeking a high‑calibre, strategic leader to fill the role of Global Account Operations Manager. In this confidential, senior‑level position, you will be embedded directly within a major client organisation, serving as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) and providing an overarching strategic direction for their global operations.

You will oversee client service, problem resolution, and service enhancement, ensuring the seamless execution of physical and technical security solutions across multiple geographically dispersed sites.
