Key Responsibilities of the GIS Technician:
Field Data Collection & Verification
* Perform field verification of utility assets (water, wastewater, lift stations, valves, hydrants, etc.)
* Collect and update GPS data to improve GIS accuracy.
* Validate asset attributes, condition, and location in coordination with field crews.
* Document discrepancies and support resolution.
GIS & Cityworks Support
