Contributes to the design, development, testing, and deployment of complex web‑based GIS solutions that meet customer and business requirements. Develops and maintains scalable data and object models to support solution architecture, performance, and long‑term maintainability. Responsible for estimating development effort and contributing to delivery planning and execution within an agile development environment. Contributes to needs analysis and the definition of functional and non‑functional requirements, translating business requirements into effective technical solutions. Supports and contributes to all phases of the solution development lifecycle, including solution design, development, quality assurance, deployment, and documentation.
