GI Medical Director — Translational Medicine Lead (Phase 1–2)

Novartis in Basel is seeking a Medical Director in Translational Medicine Gastroenterology to lead global phase 1/2 trial teams and collaborate across biology, chemistry, and development functions to shape early clinical strategies.

Reporting to the TM Head, you will design development plans, serve as medical lead for early studies, and interact with Health Authorities and key opinion leaders to drive programs in gastroenterology and IBD.
