Tasks
- Recording and processing of maintenance business requirements
- Organisation and implementation of (requirements) workshops with the business.
- Identify and resolve conflicting requirements (new business requirements vs. system standards and current status)
- Interface between the business analyst team and the IT BizDevOps team (translating requirements into ICT requirements)
- Documenting requirements down to the technical specification
- Creating test cases, carrying out the tests and supporting the user tests
- Responsibility for or support in improving data quality
