Responsibilities

• Support the founders on strategically important key projects
• Take responsibility for and manage your own projects across various areas: business development, online marketing, product, sales, operations, and HR
• Improve our product and support rapid market growth through thoughtful market and user behavior analyses
• Support management in business development activities
• Develop offline events for business development, including on-site company and designer consultations
• Develop company growth strategies (offline and online) with clear goals and timelines for completion
• Support business development efforts in the real estate developer sector and the B2B market
