Geriatric Needs Assessor – Enable Independent Living

Health NewZealand | Te WhatuOra Blenheim is seeking a motivated part-time Needs Assessment support role to build strong relationships with disability, health and community services. The team emphasizes a strengths-based, respectful approach to outcomes for people with complex health needs.

The role offers 0.5 FTE, 40 hours per fortnight, Monday to Friday, with no on-call duties. Applicants must have a current NZ work eligibility and a full driver's licence, and be able to work both independently
