Geriatric Assessment Nurse (Practical Nurse) – 3‑Shift

South Savo Wellbeing Services Eloisa in Savonlinna is seeking a practical nurse for a permanent role in the Geriatric Assessment Department, starting 24 August 2026 or as agreed. You will work in a three‑shift schedule as part of a multidisciplinary team to assess elderly patients and plan rehabilitation and home discharge when possible.

The successful candidate will have Finnish language proficiency, a recognized social and health care qualification, and a health statement.
