and the group of Manufacturing Engineers and Validation Engineers, ensuring procedure and regulations
compliance, and taking them to continuous improvement.
Providing leadership to supervisors and leaders
in support of the plant goals and vision.
Creating an approach to the flexibility on the operation that allows
rapidly adapting and responding to the changes in the client requirements and global market conditions.
Responsible for the personal under their charge development, maintaining a succession plan to key
positions and government regulations and intern procedures compliance.
