Job Description The Opportunity As an Early Professional in Geotechnical Engineering, you’ll contribute to meaningful projects across Vancouver Island and British Columbia. You’ll support investigations, field programs, and geotechnical assessments that shape the infrastructure, communities, and environments around us. Working alongside experienced geotechnical engineers, you will build hands‑on expertise in both field and analytical work—gaining exposure to the full lifecycle of geotechnical design.

Your Impact

Deliver field and office‑based geotechnical services that support a wide range of infrastructure and development projects.

Carry out field testing programs including in‑situ density testing, materials testing, and construction monitoring.

Complete construction site reconnaissance, inspections, and observations to verify geotechnical conditions.
