HR Generalist (Generalista Recursos Humanos)Ensuring the HR department's operations run smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization; assuring compliance with personnel policies and procedures to create a good labor environment.ResponsibilitiesPartnering with supervisors to engage employees.Coordinating new employee onboarding process with recruitment & training.Managing employee relations: taking appropriate disciplinary action against employees who violate rules and regulations.Administrating employee services (cafeteria, transportation, benefits).
