Responsibilities
- Inbox, calendar, and document management
- Data entry, file organization, and general admin
- Invoicing, bills, and expense entry
- Bank reconciliations and AP / AR tracking
- Bookkeeping in Xero, MYOB, or QuickBooks
Qualifications
- VA / admin experience with a bookkeeping background
- Working knowledge of Xero, MYOB, or QuickBooks
- Excellent written and spoken English
