Job Description
Responsibilities
- Respond to and resolve daily maintenance requests and complaints in staff accommodation.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment systems and facilities.
- Carry out general repair works including ceilings walls floors doors locks and furniture to ensure safety and comfort.
- Conduct basic electrical plumbing carpentry and painting tasks as required.
- Inspect and maintain appliances such as refrigerators and air conditioners to ensure proper functioning.
- Operate and maintain tools and equipment safely and correctly.
- Support and guide less experienced staff in maintenance activities when necessary.
- Ensure drainage systems and common areas are free from blockages or hazards.
- Work in shifts as per duty schedule to provide timely support.
- Follow all safety procedures and report potential risks or unsafe conditions promptly.
