Lead and coordinate all manufacturing operations during the 2nd shift, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining high standards in quality, safety, efficiency, and cost control.
This role is responsible for supervising production supervisors, fostering continuous improvement, and ensuring effective communication across shifts and with support areas.

- Supervise and monitor all production activities during the 2nd shift.
- Lead and guide a team of Production Supervisors.
- Ensure production schedules (daily, weekly, monthly) are executed on time.
- Maintain compliance with quality, productivity, and safety standards.
- Promote a culture of teamwork, commitment, and continuous improvement.
- Identify and resolve operational issues or deviations.
