This role supports seed production operations throughout the year, performing a variety of seasonal tasks that ensure high-quality seed is harvested, processed, packaged, and shipped on time. You will work with production and field equipment, follow standard operating procedures, and maintain strict safety and quality standards while adapting to changing seasonal needs.
**Responsibilities**
+ Receive and process trucks hauling crop from the field, including weighing and unloading materials during harvest season (September–October).
+ Perform a wide range of harvest activities, such as husking and sorting operations, to support efficient crop processing.
