Job Description
We are looking for dependable General Laborers to join our Production Plant and Warehouse team. You’ll keep our operations moving by handling everything from product packaging to facility upkeep. If you like active work and a team-first environment, this is a great fit.
What You’ll Do Daily
Put safety first by always wearing required PPE and following plant safety rules.
Prep products for shipment by bagging, counting, packing, labeling, and palletizing.
Efficiently load and unload pallets and materials.
Keep the plant clean and safe by handling grain spills and assisting sanitation teams.
Partner closely with supervisors and equipment operators to keep production on track.
What It Takes
Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs throughout your shift.
Comfort working mostly indoors (80–90%), with occasional outdoor tasks (10–20%).
