**Job Description**
This role supports plant operations by maintaining a clean and safe facility, handling feed and processed soy products, and assisting with production and machine operation. You will regularly move between cleaning, shoveling, loading, and production tasks, including working at heights and walking multiple flights of stairs throughout your shift. The position follows a rotational or swing shift schedule and is designed as a long-term, temp-to-hire opportunity with clear pathways for advancement once hired directly.
**Responsibilities**
+ Clean various floors and areas of the plant, including elevated platforms, while working comfortably at heights.
+ Walk up and down 4–5 flights of stairs multiple times throughout each shift to access different parts of the facility.
