This full-time General Production Worker role supports a growing wall panel production division in a wood-processing manufacturing environment in Delaware. You will work on the production floor assembling and fabricating structural components, using hand and power tools and tape measures throughout your shift. The position is a 3‑month contract-to-hire opportunity, with comprehensive training, onboarding, and mentorship to help you quickly become confident in your daily responsibilities.
