Join our team at a custom rubber compounding and mixing facility, renowned for delivering high-quality compounds and exceptional service for over fifty years. We are seeking dedicated individuals with a strong track record of great attendance and a willingness to work in a challenging manufacturing environment.
**Responsibilities**
+ Palletizing rubber by weaving long strips of manufactured rubber onto a pallet for shipment.
+ Cross-train in various roles, including batching, assisting the mixer, and unloading the mixer.
+ Batching involves pulling ingredients and compounds, weighing them according to work orders, and preparing them for mixing to create rubber.
+ Assist the mixer and unload the mixer for rubber to be cut into specified strips.

+ Previous production experience.
